Designed by WXY architects and the artist George Tsypin the 2,575 square foot pavilion was Inspired by the chambered nautilus. It open in 2015 in Battery Park New York.
This carousel lacks the center pole of a traditional carousel, instead it has four turntables electrical sections. There are 30 massive fiberglass fish internally illuminated with color-changing LED light fixtures.
