World’s largest deep-hole dimension granite quarry, nearly 600 feet deep. Minerals from the quarrying operation mix with the clear water and turn it the stunning blue of a glacial lake. The stone found here is known as Barre granite. The characteristics of this stone make it good for engraving.

Cogswell’s Grant
Cogswell’s Grant was the summer home of preeminent collectors of American decorative arts Bertram K. and Nina Flatter Little. In 1937 they purchased a 1728 farmhouse with a 165-acre property overlooking the Essex River .
After their deaths (1993), the Littles’ left their collection to Historic New England, which opened it to the public in 1998.
Cathedral of Saint John the Divine – New York
Designed in 1888 however it begun its construction in 1892. Originally the Cathedral was designed in the Byzantine Revival / Romanesque Revival styles, but in 1909 the design changed to a Gothic Revival, the architect for this last style change was done by Ralph Adams Cram of the Boston firm Cram.

The Stone is very beautiful is found along the coast and is only mined during low tide, it has so meany detail thats is a pity to cover it up. The idea behind this ring was to make something that looks very strong. but that could showcase the stone in a interesting manner.
