The Rio Dulce National Park is located in the department of Izabal, between Lake Izabal and Amatique Bay.
Here we stayed at Tijax an eco lodge at the skirts of the river.
During a hike to the National Park we had to cross a couple of these bridges. Even thou they felt strong, they were dangerous especially if small kids try to cross it.
The amount of tourist was non existent we had been walking for around 2 hours and did not cross anyone.
